In January 2010, four friends embarked on the motorcycle adventure of a lifetime across South East Asia, raising much needed funds to help educate abandoned children in Cambodia.
Geoff, Mat, Paul and Tom travelled 16,000 kms through Malaysia, Thailand, Laos, Vietnam and Cambodia, enduring impossible terrain, multiple crashes, police detention and poisonous spider bites!
Their goals:
• To raise money for the innocent victims of Pol Pot’s genocidal regime – the children of Cambodia. These kids have been rescued from horrific origins and are now given love, hope and shelter by a well-run Australian charity - Sunrise Children’s Villages.
• To increase awareness of the plight of children-in-need in South East Asia and the selfless people who work tirelessly to help them.
Share the excitement of their journey and learn how you can make a difference!
